Step 1: Pangu
Download Pangu from here and save it somewhere. (Preferably the desktop)
Step 2: iTunes
Make sure iTunes is installed and up to date. You can download iTunes from here.
Step 3: Jailbreak
When you open up Pangu it should look something like this:

Thats ok, because your computer does not have the Chinese language installed and just puts "?" instead.
Step 4: Uncheck the box

Make sure you uncheck that box or else it will install a piracy app store from China and make your device very unstable.
Step 5: Starting the jailbreak
(Note: Turn off passcode or you will encounter errors!)

If it does not say your device type at the top and says something like "iTunes,iTunes" then that means that you never installed iTunes. Now click on the big black button to start the jailbreaking process. When you press that, it should show an animation on the screen, like this.
This is telling you that you need to change your date back. So go to Settings > General > Date & Time > Switch off set automatically > Set date to June 2nd, 2014. Go back to the home screen and the jailbreak should continue. When the jailbreak stops and looks like this:
You will notice the Pangu icon on the second page of the Springboard (home screen). Click on it.
From here, the device should restart two times and then you will notice Cydia is installed. From there, enjoy your jailbreak! ^.^
